Applicants from the following countries: Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Austria and Lichtenstein can provide documentation by certified mail, shipping costs borne by the applicant. The Embassy is not<\/strong> responsible for any lost documentation in this case.<\/p>\n

SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) for return of passport (registered letter) or 5.00 euros in cash.<\/p>\n

All payments are made in cash.
